WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so please arrive starting at 3:30 PM to help us stay on schedule. Feel free to explore the garden and enjoy a drink before we begin.
HOW TO GET THERE / GO BACK
A shuttle service will be available from Villa Giuseppe to the wedding venue. Departure is scheduled at 15:00.
There will be shuttles available to bring you back between 23:30 and 2:00, at the entrance of the wedding venue.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Dress as you are but please do not wear white. Keep in mind that the celebration will take place both outdoors and indoors. In September, it can still be warm during the day, while the evening may be a bit cooler.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of our niece and nephew). We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!
WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
We will enjoy a plated sit-down dinner during the reception, with appetizers during cocktail hour beforehand. There will be a late-night snack to keep the party going.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! starting after diner. A fine selection of drinks will be served beforehand.
WHAT ABOUT PHONES?
We’d love for everyone to be present and in the moment. The fewer phones, the better! Please feel free to take photos/video’s during the celebration and share them with us, but we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
